Eulalia has gained specific expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and insolvency, industrial and labour law, which she applies in both litigation and out-of-court proceedings.

Eulalia is an expert in ordinary judicial proceedings concerning issues of a civil, commercial, corporate, industrial, bankruptcy and labour-related nature. She also offers expertise in ADR and national and international arbitration, whether ad hoc or administered, as well as in mediation, conciliation and assisted negotiation procedures.

She provides professional assistance and consultancy to companies and industrial groups in her main areas of specialisation, in relation to national and international contracts, corporate governance and risk management.

As a member of Supervisory Bodies and Boards of Directors, she makes an independent professional contribution to the companies that place their trust in her work.

Since the start of her career, Eulalia has pursued extensive research and publishing activities alongside her legal work. Shortly after graduating, she was appointed Honorary Fellow in Commercial Law at the Cattolica University of Milan, a post she still holds, and has authored numerous academic publications.

Eulalia graduated thanks to an experimental thesis in commercial law entitled “Le azioni dematerializzate” (Uncertificated Shares), under the distinguished professor Giovanni Emanuele Colombo. She was admitted to the bar in 2006 and has worked as a Barrister for the Court of Cassation since 2019. She has acquired a sound understanding of civil and corporate issues, also thanks to Professor Colombo, consolidated over the years through her work for well-established practices and leading foreign firms in the English-speaking world, where her personal skills have been enhanced by international practice.

Avv. Elisa Marsotto

Elisa’s main areas of expertise are civil and contractual matters, commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on intellectual property law.

She is also an expert in compliance and data protection. She is a Privacy Officer certified by Federprivacy.

Elisa has gained extensive experience and expertise in corporate advisory, with established competence in assisting Italian companies operating both nationally and internationally, primarily focusing on the drafting and negotiation of contracts in her main areas of practice as well as the preparation and updating of compliance models.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento with a European and transnational specialization, and a thesis in corporate law entitled “Fusioni transfrontaliere e tutela dei creditori” (Cross-border Mergers and Creditor Protection).

She attended the National School of Specialization for Corporate Lawyers (AIGI) in Milan, obtaining the relevant diploma in 2011. In 2017, she also earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Property Law from Altalex and, in 2024, a Master’s programme in “Artificial Intelligence and Law” from Giuffré Francis Lefebvre.

A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and German.

Avv. Amalia Buzura

Criminal Defense Attorney. PhD in Criminal Procedure Law.

Amalia provides both judicial and out-of-court legal assistance in criminal law matters, representing individuals and legal entities. She also advises on the administrative liability of legal entities arising from criminal offenses pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

She cooperates with Malimpensa Law Firm, providing specialized criminal law support through legal advice and opinions, primarily in the field of corporate criminal law and Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

After earning her Master’s Degree in Law cum laude, Amalia obtained a PhD cum laude in Criminal Procedure Law under the supervision of Prof. Avv. Oliviero Mazza. She also serves as a research fellow (“cultore della materia”) in the same field.

She is the author of several peer-reviewed publications, including contributions published in top-tier (Class A) academic journals.

Avv. Silvia Calaresu

Civil lawyer, she collaborates with the Malimpensa law firm in the areas of civil, commercial and contract law.

She has practised law with leading national and international law firms, gaining experience in civil, commercial and industrial law both in court and out of court.

She acted as in-house counsel first for a multinational chemical company and then for a company operating in the development of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources.

Within the companies, reporting directly to the managing director, she has been involved in drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts, drafting opinions, coordinating the activities of external consultants and supervising domestic litigation, supporting the divisions for all legal matters pertaining to the companies.

She graduated cum laude in law at the University of Milan with a thesis in commercial law on “International mergers of SpAs”.

Avv. Maria Chiara Castoldi

Maria Chiara is a civil lawyer focusing on civil and commercial law.

Passionate about the law and committed to academic study, after being admitted to the bar she simultaneously pursued notarial training by attending the Viggiani Notarial School. She is therefore dedicating her practice to advanced legal research in commercial, real estate, and succession law.

Maria Chiara completed an internship at the Specialised Business Section and Section IV of the Court of Milan.

She graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in bankruptcy law entitled “Rapporti tra revocatoria e accertamento del passivo” (Ties between claw-back action and assessment of liabilities).

Roberta Cremona is a civil lawyer who deals with litigation and consultancy in the fields of obligations and contracts, civil liability, real estate and property rights, inheritances, commercial, banking and financial law.

Thanks to her work at well-established and international law firms, she gained comprehensive training and experience in judicial and out of court practice, consolidating her extensive preparation in assisting national and foreign clients. Her subsequent freelance practice allowed her to further shape and refine her professional skills.

Roberta Cremona has twenty years of experience in civil law matters and a high level of technical and legal expertise.

She graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in commercial law entitled “I Profili civilistici dei contratti derivati di credito” (The civil-law aspects of credit derivative contracts), under supervisor Prof. Jaeger.

Marco is collaborating with Malimpensa Law Firm, focusing both on litigation (including ADR proceedings) and consultancy, particularly in civil, commercial and contractual matters.

During his previous professional experience in leading Milanese law firms, Marco gained solid experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), assisting leading multinationals and corporate groups in civil disputes. He has also dealt with contractual matters.

He graduated in Law from the University of Milan with a thesis on privacy law related to Data Protection Officer: aspects and observations.

Raffaele Ingrassia chiefly works in the field of labour law, with particular regard to industrial and trade union relations. He has acquired specific expertise and considerable judicial and extra-judicial experience in labour and social security law (including drafting of contracts for employed and outsourced workers, judicial litigation, administrative appeals against organisations, personnel management, trade union negotiations, individual and collective dismissals, transfer of enterprises and tender changes, workplace injuries and criminal labour law).

Cristina joined Malimpensa Law Firm, doing her legal internship widely, focusing mainly on legal

research and cross-disciplinary training in all areas of the Firm’s practice, with special focus on civil and commercial law and contractual matters. In the corporate practice, Cristina mainly deals with due diligence and corporate secretarial activities.

She graduated from the Cattolica University of Milan discussing a thesis in Comparative Private Law related to Comparative Analysis of Digital Inheritance.

Cristina also attends the Law School at Milan Bar Association.
